Your Responsibilities

As a Business Developer focusing on the German market, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

STRATEGY & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

  • Presenting and advocating for our training programs to leads generated through various channels, persuading Franco-German prospects to engage with us.
  • Conducting phone outreach to key strategic accounts.
  • Implementing a competitive intelligence strategy and contributing to the development of new offerings.
  • Maintaining relationships with partners and potential clients.
  • Identifying client needs and proposing tailored training solutions.
  • Fostering partnerships with publishers, editors, and technology partners.
  • Managing the entire process from lead acquisition to customer success.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

  • Organizing and launching webinars and training sessions.
  • Participating in and organizing technology fairs.
  • Developing innovative strategies for the German market.
  • Collaborating with various teams (technical, acquisition, Data Scientists, Marketing, Creative Staff).
Your Skills

Bilingual in German and English OR German and French:

  • You are self-sufficient, detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong analytical skills.
  • You are proactive, willing to take initiatives, and capable of exploring new strategies.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in French, German, and English, and are comfortable speaking in these languages.
  • To thrive in our team, you should be highly motivated, ready to embrace the challenges of a growing startup, and embody the entrepreneurial spirit that unites us.
  • If you are bilingual in German, have a solid grasp of B2B and B2C sales techniques, and are eager to enhance your skills in prospecting and negotiation, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Remote work from Germany is also an option.
