Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at IC Resources. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales business plans to maximize revenue growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across France
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Travel frequently (up to 50% of the time) to meet with customers and partners

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of technical sales or account management experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Knowledge and experience working across various markets, including industrial, defense, aerospace, and automotive
  • Degree qualified in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related subject
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Flexible with a willingness to travel up to 50% across France
  • Comfortable working from a home office
