We are seeking a highly skilled European Sales Manager Resins Markets to join our team at Arkema.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the resin markets across France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and MEA.

• Manage key accounts and coordinate sales efforts with international teams.

• Foster strong relationships with customers, back office, supply chain, sales director, business developers, product managers, legal, and credit department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with a specialization in sales or negotiation.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar or technical sales position, preferably with a market player.

• Strong sales background and good understanding of marketing.

• Technical knowledge of targeted markets and applications, as well as specialty surfactants/polyols.

• Fluency in French, Italian, and English.
