Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team in the North West region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving our commercial goals in the region by developing strong relationships with dealers, improving dealer performance, building the brand, and creating the tools and services needed to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Funnel Management KPIs of the assigned dealer network and create actionable improvement plans.
- Commercial and funnel management metrics.
- Lead to Test Drive funnel management.
- Test Drive to Order Conversion rates.
Requirements
- Solid working experience as a Sales Manager or Retail Manager.
- Solid financial knowledge.
- Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
- Resilient, agile, and open-minded.
- Excellent English and French language skills (Mandarin Chinese would be a plus but not mandatory).
- Thorough knowledge of commercial management software and digital tools.
