Position: Proposal Manager
Remote work within the EU with occasional travel

Position Summary:
In the role of Proposal Manager, you will oversee the development of intricate proposals and manage opportunities from initial qualification through to contract finalization. This position requires the formulation of strategies, risk management, and ensuring collaboration across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Sales team to devise effective proposal strategies
- Efficiently allocate resources
- Ensure team cohesion and accountability
- Examine project specifications
- Draft proposals and accompanying documentation
- Lead negotiations and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Adhere to the commercial WIN process
- Obtain necessary approvals prior to proposal submission
- Consolidate budget and assess commercial terms
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the process
- Conduct Lessons Learned sessions for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in comparable positions or a master's degree in engineering
- Strong sales and commercial background
- Experience in International Bid/Proposal Management
- Familiarity with water and wastewater industry technologies
- Fluency in English and readiness to travel
- Robust business acumen and capability to achieve results under pressure
- Proactive and goal-oriented
