We're looking for a highly skilled Account Renewal Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for renewing and managing existing named accounts, identifying upsell opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Renew and manage existing named accounts
- Identify upsell opportunities and develop strategies to meet customer needs
- Drive revenue growth through proactive activity and negotiation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the software industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
