PayComplete is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to support our sales team in attracting new clients and driving business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in laying the groundwork for our sales team's success by analyzing markets, running focus groups, and crafting pitches for our sales consultants to use in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze potential markets before product launch to identify opportunities for growth
  • Craft sales pitches for our sales team to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to clients
  • Assist our sales team in qualifying prospects and providing product knowledge support
  • Own the demo systems and configuration, and provide technical solutioning to clients
  • Assist our sales team with the creation of detailed bid submissions and participate in the creation of market sector strategies
  • Report and provide feedback to management, and maintain an up-to-date client record history within our CRM system

Requirements

  • English and French language proficiency at C1 level
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of capital equipment or software pre-sales, ideally with a product background in IT-based hardware and software
  • Technical background, programming or development history, and knowledge of APIs, scripting, and integrations software
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a total commitment to long-term customer relationships
  • Good PC skills and familiarity with Office programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with a Salesforce (CRM) system for client management
  • Fluency in German is a plus
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and good analytical skills
