Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Partner to join our Professional Services team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our advisory and implementation services to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through self-origination and partnership with other Salesforce teams
  • Develop and present compelling value propositions to customers, highlighting the benefits of our services and solutions
  • Manage and forecast sales performance, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of results

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in consultative sales and professional services
  • Strong commercial skills and ability to craft compelling value propositions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage with executive-level customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Proficiency in English and French (additional languages a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in consultative sales and professional services, with a proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience selling and delivering professional services in a context similar to Salesforce or a global system integrator type environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain executive-level relationships, with a strong track record of success in growing accounts with large and complex pursuits
