Role Overview

Sales Manager
With your enthusiasm and drive, you will offer unforgettable experiences to guests visiting your establishment. You will possess a professional demeanor and in-depth knowledge of your property, fostering strong connections and bonds with your clientele.

Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue group, transient, and/or banquet business, consistently achieving sales targets
- Set parameters, provide quotes, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts
- Engage in tradeshows, conventions, and promotional activities
- Maintain detailed records of accounts, contacts, activities, and business information

Qualifications

Your skills and experience include:
- Relevant sales experience is advantageous
- Ability to prioritize guest needs while remaining calm and courteous
- Highly responsible and dependable
