Position Overview

At Sol de Janeiro, we take pride in our recognition as a premier brand within the beauty sector and as an outstanding workplace. As we continue to expand our global footprint, we are seeking a Key Account Manager for the ME/APAC region to bolster our business initiatives.

Responsibilities

The Key Account Manager will:

  • Drive retailer performance and enhance market share across various channels.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with senior-level retail partners.
  • Negotiate comprehensive marketing strategies to launch innovative brand campaigns, encompassing all aspects of the marketing mix, including Retail Animation, Trade Marketing, Online visibility, Social Media, and Influencer partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with the International Visual Merchandising team to implement merchandising updates and elevate the in-store shopping experience.
  • Ensure the impeccable execution of our brand vision across e-commerce platforms, including web, app, and social media.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master's degree in Business or Management from a reputable business school or university.
  • A minimum of 5-6 years of substantial experience in sales, negotiation, and joint business planning with retailers, preferably within the retail, cosmetics, or luxury goods sectors.
  • A strong understanding of retail dynamics, trade marketing, and international business.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of French is highly regarded to enhance team collaboration.
