Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our Specialized Business Unit in Paris. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing activation strategies to increase sales and build a sustainable business with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive business plan with key clients, identifying synergies with brand development initiatives.
  • Define, implement, and analyze promotion and visibility plans to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams to maximize brand visibility and transfer content to key clients.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and work cross-functionally with sales development, finance, and operations to ensure a comprehensive commercial view of key clients.
  • Identify business opportunities, quantify them, and develop them.
  • Manage investments and budgets per client.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Representative, or Category Manager in customer activations.
  • Experience in direct account management preferred.
  • Preferably experience in retail, consumer electronics, cosmetics, or e-commerce sectors.

  • Category Management: Develop client account plans to maximize revenue and profits.
  • Analytical Experience: Identify business sources, risks, opportunities; define and analyze promotional plans.
  • Customer Interaction: Persuade, negotiate, and effectively implement promotional activities.
  • Omni-Channel: Understand brand interactions across different channels/countries.
