BlackRock oversees substantial assets for these clients, with a significant portion allocated to French-speaking markets. Role Summary We seek a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Relationship Manager within BlackRock's Family Office division, focusing on France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. This well-established business manages billions in assets and has a proven track record of success, evidenced by a diverse client base and consistent growth. The selected candidate will manage existing client relationships while also pursuing new business opportunities with Single Family Offices, Multi Family Offices, Private Foundations, and Family-Owned enterprises across the region. The individual will serve as a representative of BlackRock's comprehensive suite of services, showcasing our full range of investment capabilities, including traditional strategies, alternative investments, and OCIO solutions, while significantly contributing to the financial performance of the division. Key Responsibilities : Strategic Development
  • Formulate and execute a robust sales strategy targeting clients and prospects in the designated area
  • Establish and monitor success metrics, such as portfolio diversification and market share
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, client segmentation, and prioritization to maximize commercial outcomes
Business Growth
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with major clients in the target market, achieving financial goals related to assets, revenue, and product diversification
  • Actively manage current relationships and identify potential risks to business continuity
  • Seek out new investment opportunities through consultative engagement with clients
  • Collaborate with global partners across BlackRock, including specialized investment teams and client service groups, to fulfill client objectives
  • Leverage the full spectrum of the firm's expertise to deliver innovative and timely solutions to clients
  • Attain fluency in BlackRock's diverse investment offerings, including ETFs, alternative strategies, and multi-asset funds
Thought Leadership
  • Participate in relevant internal and external events to enhance the visibility of the business in the region
  • Identify opportunities for client engagement initiatives to promote product adoption
  • Generate thought leadership content to drive growth, collaborating with marketing and product teams
Qualifications We are looking for a relationship manager or sales professional with a successful track record in servicing institutionally sized Family Offices in the region. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to discuss market trends and engage in comprehensive portfolio conversations with clients. Key attributes include:
