We are a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of security products and services, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team in Europe.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing our connected products business, identifying new prospects, and developing commercial and marketing plans. You will also be responsible for ensuring the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives set by the EMEA Commercial Director.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Croissance du chiffre d'affaires de la gamme de produits connectés auprès de notre clientèle
  • Identification de nouveaux prospects
  • Définition et mise en œuvre des plans d'action commerciaux et marketing
  • Garantie de la réalisation des objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs fixés par la Direction Commerciale EMEA
  • Prévisions de ventes, tant sur le plan financier que logistique
  • Prospection, négociation, développement des ventes et du réseau de distribution professionnel
  • Veille marchande, tant sur la concurrence que sur l'organisation du marché
  • Participation aux salons et foires professionnels
  • En tant qu'expert de la gamme de produit, vous serez amené à faire des formations produites auprès des clients
  • Optimisation des canaux d'acquisition (emailing, réseaux sociaux...)
  • Assurance du reporting de l'activité auprès de la Direction Commerciale EMEA

Vous serez un véritable expert technique produits connectés (contrôle d'accès).

Vos qualifications:

  • De formation supérieure type école de commerce, école d'ingénieurs, ou formation équivalente
  • Vous avez idéalement une expérience de 2-3 ans sur un poste équivalent (développement commercial et gestion de comptes) et/ou sur un poste de growth hacking
  • Vous avez une réelle appétence pour les produits connectés/digitaux
  • Vous êtes autonome, responsable et orienté(e) résultats et vos aptitudes relationnelles vous permettent de convaincre des interlocuteurs de différents niveaux
  • Pour nous rejoindre, vous devez impérativement avoir un bon niveau d'anglais
  • Permis B obligatoire – des déplacements ponctuels sont à prévoir
