Head of Partnerships

As a key member of the HelloFresh France team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the partnerships and affiliates strategy to drive growth and revenue. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships and affiliates strategy to drive growth and revenue
- Manage a team of 4 people, including Business Developers, Account Managers, and Offline Marketing Managers
- Own the delivery of affiliate and partnership growth strategy for HelloFresh, brands, and partner types
- Build forecasts and track named strategic partners KPIs
- Oversee business proposals and sales tactics used to acquire new partners
Requirements:
- ~5+ years of experience in the affiliates and/or partnerships landscape, including Business Development
- ~2+ years of experience in people management
- Strong analytical thinker with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
