Job Description

Bostik, a leading company in the field of adhesives and sealants, is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager Automotive Interior EMEA to join its team. The successful candidate will be based in either France or Germany and will report directly to the EMEA Automotive Interior Market Director.

The main objectives of this role will be to develop the sales pipeline for both short-term and long-term sales with existing clients, increase sales by developing new clients and new markets in the region, and to coordinate and support the local account management team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, with at least 5 years of experience in managing large regional or global accounts. They will also have excellent negotiation skills, particularly in the automotive industry, and be able to understand and discuss technical requirements related to adhesives.

The successful candidate will be fluent in French and German, and have a good understanding of English. They will also have a strong ability to present and negotiate with clients, as well as a good understanding of the technical aspects of adhesives.
