Human Capital Generalist

Job Summary:
The Human Capital Generalist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office's human capital functions. This includes managing employee relations, implementing employee policies, and providing guidance on human capital and payroll-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of employee policies and procedures
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on human capital and payroll-related matters
- Manage relationships with external partners, including MMC HR Shared Services and OW Finance
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
- Support the preparation of Works Council meetings and health committee meetings
- Handle health and pension benefits, as well as non-complex exits
- Manage employee relations cases independently, liaising with Legal and Global Mobility as needed
- Assist in termination and exits of senior employees
- Conduct investigative interviews
- Support HC strategic projects and manage HR projects in collaboration with the HCM
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a Generalist HC position
- Experience with Works Council negotiations
- Management consultancy and/or professional services background
Technical Skills:
- Fluent in French and English
- Solid knowledge of local labor law and regulations
- Good understanding of French payroll (SAP GlobalView)
- Good PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel skills
- Knowledge of Workday
