Plant Based Private Label Business Development Manager

As a key member of the Bel team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive Plant Based Private Label offer that meets the needs of our customers. This includes understanding consumer trends and preferences, as well as ensuring the technical feasibility of our products.
You will also be responsible for supporting sales efforts to customers, providing them with the necessary sales supports to list our products. This includes equipping the sales team with answers to potential challenges and objections, as well as accompanying them in meetings with customers to showcase our category knowledge.
Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering top-line and bottom-line objectives on Plant Based Private Label offer, ensuring that our new listings are in line with our strategic business plan. You will also be responsible for recommending corrective action plans in case of deviation.
RequirementsWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sales and marketing. You should have a good understanding of FMCG business and be able to work in a complex environment. You should also have strong project management skills, persuasive communication and influencing skills, and the ability to work in a multi-functional and multi-cultural environment.
You should have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results. You should also have a strong understanding of the Plant Based market and be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
LocationThe role will be based in Suresnes, with frequent travels to the UK and Germany.
