Vous souhaitez rejoindre une équipe dynamique et innovante au sein d'AWS EMEA SARL (France Branch)? Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Gestionnaire de Comptes Techniques Cloud pour soutenir nos clients dans leur adoption et utilisation des services AWS.

Responsabilités
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour encourager les clients à adopter et utiliser les services AWS.
  • Représenter efficacement AWS dans l'environnement des clients et mener des discussions avec les cadres supérieurs concernant les incidents, les compromis, l'assistance et la gestion des risques.
  • Fournir des recommandations et des conseils techniques stratégiques pour planifier et produire des solutions selon les meilleures pratiques.
  • Maintenir les environnements AWS des clients en bonne santé opérationnelle.
  • Établir des relations étroites avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins commerciaux et opérationnels, ainsi que les défis techniques auxquels ils font face.
Compétences requises
  • Expérience technique en ingénierie et en opérations.
  • Connaissance des services AWS et/ou d'autres offres infonuagiques.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement avec les clients et les collègues.
  • Langue française et anglaise.
