Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager Europe to join our team at Lesaffre Iberica SA. As a key player in industrial biotechnology, we are looking for an expert who can develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the European market.

About the Role:

The Technical Sales Manager Europe will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets in the European market.
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners in the Fuel Ethanol industry.
  3. Providing technical support and services to customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

The Technical Sales Manager Europe will be responsible for:

  1. Developing a deep understanding of the European market and its trends and challenges.
  2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  3. Managing and maintaining a strong network of relationships with key customers and partners.
  4. Providing regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Master's degree in Sciences or equivalent experience.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in a technical sales role, preferably in the Fuel Ethanol industry.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
