We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Representative.
Your Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in-store, through remote assistance, and online interactions.
- Engage in a variety of tasks including store reception, cashier duties, customer relations, phone support, online customer assistance, workshops, events, and sales promotions.
- Enjoy autonomy in organizing your weekly tasks with input from your team leader.
Your Profile:
- Embody values such as kindness, empathy, and active listening to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Develop strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer emotions effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided.
