About the Role:

New Balance is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with accounts in the territory, maximizing all footwear and apparel sales targets, and assisting accounts in growing their business with New Balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell In: Ensure qualitative follow-up and relationships with accounts, achieve or exceed all footwear and apparel territory sales targets, and operate within AM minimum standards.
  • Sell Through: Analyze sales and margin performance, work closely with marketing contacts, and develop action plans to achieve monthly order book conversion and annual targets.
  • Communication: Provide structured customer/account feedback, communicate effectively about New Balance's beliefs, values, objectives, and policies, and work closely with Customer Service teams.
  • Efficiency: Produce sales forecasts, manage the order book, and understand and operate within New Balance policies and procedures.

Requirements for Success:

  • Full, clean driving license
  • Account management experience
  • Sales forecasting and planning skills
  • Good knowledge of and passion for the sports and lifestyle market
  • Good negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
  • Driven to achieve targets
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
