Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced European Foodservice Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing new business opportunities across B2B channels in key European markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Sales Pipeline: Identify and onboard key accounts that align with our strategic objectives and have the potential for significant growth.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop new business opportunities across B2B channels, including restaurants, catering, and distributors.
- Lead Commercial Process: Manage the commercial process, including prospecting, selling story, negotiation, closing, and services, in line with our corporate policy.
- Define and Deliver Annual Budget: Establish and meet annual budget targets for new customer acquisitions and existing customer activations.
- Monthly Reporting: Provide regular progress reports on prospecting activities and results versus annual budget.
- Competitor Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience: Proven track record in foodservice key account management, with experience working with or managing broker/wholesaler organizations.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities: Hands-on, results-oriented, rigorous, and willing to exceed targets, with a strong resilience and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
