Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team at Teamtailor. As a key member of our Partnerships Team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a strong portfolio of partners in France, driving revenue growth through strategic business relationships, and leading the development of our go-to-market strategy for the region.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain a high-performing partner portfolio in France, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for France, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Manage and build long-term strategic business relationships with partners, creating win-win-win situations for all parties involved.
- Lead strategic thinking on how to accelerate growth through partnerships in France, identifying new opportunities and developing innovative solutions.
- Work closely with the regional team in France, as well as our Head of Partnerships and other team members around the world.
- Successful track record of working with sales and partnership programs.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a passion for consultative sales, marketing, and business development.
- Intellectually curious, tech-savvy, competitive, confident personality with strongly developed negotiation skills and a customer-obsessed orientation.
- Well-articulated and passionate communicator, fluent in English.
