Job Description

Within the Finance Service, under the supervision of the Head of the Service, you will be responsible for providing administrative and general secretarial support, including:

  • Assisting the Head of Finance in preparing financial documents.
  • Supporting the preparation and follow-up of documents for the Management Board.
  • Providing logistics and administrative support for the Administrative and Finance Committee (AFC) meetings, including taking notes and preparing minutes.
  • Performing regular operational tasks related to the functioning of the Finance Service, such as preparing and following up on calls for funds and relations with external bodies.
  • Occasionally supporting the 3 Units of the Finance Service with administrative operational tasks.
  • Performing other general administrative tasks.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A secondary education diploma (BTS, HNC, Bachelor, or equivalent diploma worth 120 ECTS to 180 ECTS).
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
  • Strong skills in using computing tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and ease of use of new administrative technologies.
  • Ability to organize work according to priorities, well-organized, flexible, and adaptable, with discretion and maintaining confidentiality, teamwork at all levels, ability to work autonomously and take initiatives, good communication skills, including diplomacy.
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English and French.
Working Conditions

The position is a permanent contract, and the salary will be calculated based on relevant qualifications and professional experience.
