Job Description

The Events Sales Executive is a key role within the Accor Hotel group, responsible for maximizing revenue potential across the Conference and Events market segments. This involves building and maintaining strong relationships with conference bookers, ensuring every event is a success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming event leads professionally through all channels.
  • Provide detailed conference and events proposals covering venue, function, menu, and accommodation costs, ensuring revenue is maximized.
  • Coordinate and host familiarization and site inspections.
  • Assist in coordinating sales forecasts and provide suggestions on strategies to achieve targets.
  • Update and maintain accurate account profiles in the database systems.
  • Prepare and deliver event information to event coordinators, ensuring accuracy of information.
  • Ensure success in delivering customer events in order to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years' experience within the Conference and Events sector in a sales role.
  • Strong focus and passion for hotel operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrated initiative in a dynamic environment.
  • Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship, and networking skills.
  • Time management skills with the ability to multitask.
