Job Summary:
The Events Sales Executive is a key role within the Accor team, responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across the Conference and Events market segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize total revenue potential for the Hotel across the Conference and Events market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with conference bookers, ensuring every event is a success.
- Provide detailed conference and events proposals covering venue, function, menu, and accommodation costs, ensuring revenue is maximized.
- Coordinate and host familiarization and site inspections.
- Assist in coordinating sales forecasts and provide suggestions on strategies to achieve targets.
- Update and maintain accurate account profiles in the database systems.
- Prepare and deliver event information to event coordinators, ensuring accuracy of information.
- Ensure success in delivering customer events in order to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years' experience within the Conference and Events sector in a sales role.
- Strong focus and passion for hotel operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrated initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship, and networking skills.
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask.
