Job Description Responsibilities
  • Manage customer reservations through various channels, including phone, online platforms, and in-person interactions.
    • Provide comprehensive customer support and guidance at point-of-sale locations.
    • Oversee coat check services efficiently and professionally.
    • Offer recommendations for menu items and beverages when the Head Waiter is unavailable.
    • Assist staff members before, during, and after service to ensure seamless operations.
    • Prioritize customer satisfaction throughout their entire experience.
    • Process billing accurately according to established hotel procedures.
    • Promote the range of services and products offered by Cheval Blanc and its affiliated properties.
    • Report any security concerns or potential accidents involving guests or colleagues to management promptly.

We seek a highly motivated and service-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications
  • Possess a vocational degree in Culinary Arts or a Professional Baccalaureate in Hospitality.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of HACCP hygiene regulations.
  • Have prior experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurants.

  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the company effectively.
  • Demonstrate a customer service orientation and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
  • Be available, flexible, and responsive to changing needs.
  • Proactively anticipate guest requirements, make suggestions, and take initiative.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player.
Technical Skills
  • Have prior experience in customer service or front-of-house service.
  • Possess strong sales and communication abilities.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) is an asset.
