Job Title: Systems Bid Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Bid Manager to join our team at Alstom, a global leader in the supply of integrated urban mobility systems. As a key member of our HQ Systems platform bid teams, you will play a critical role in delivering winning bids to our regions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tender strategies to secure contracts with clients
  • Assemble and manage QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments for tender proposals
  • Lead bid teams and coordinate tender works, allocating clear targets to team members
  • Drive offered solution definition, capturing client requirements and addressing gaps to secure compliance
  • Monitor and obtain QCD commitments from involved entities, identifying gaps and defining working instructions
  • Deploy robust risk assessment mechanisms and propose viable plans to overcome anticipated risks
  • Submit proposals to clients, including offered solution descriptions, project implementation schedules, and contractual documentation
  • Contribute to clarification and negotiation of contracts, ensuring feasibility of changes and updating QCD commitments
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • 4 years of bid management experience in complex tenders
  • Confirmed experience in working on international businesses in consortium
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and influence, negotiate, and communicate at all levels of organization
  • Fluency in English, French, and Spanish
