About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading digital insurer, leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Acquisition and Retention Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones, while driving revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies, aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and launch targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging data analytics and market research to optimize results.
- Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including meal vouchers, health insurance, and remote-friendly policy. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5-6 years of experience in customer acquisition and retention, preferably in the insurance industry.

- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data analytics tools and market research methodologies.
