Roquette is a global leader in plant-based ingredients and pharmaceutical excipients. We're seeking a talented Head of Strategic Marketing to drive our business strategy and lead our marketing efforts.

Your Mission

As Head of Strategic Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our business strategy and driving market segment leadership within the Food & Beverage industry. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a global strategy and marketing plan
  • Analyzing market data and transforming insights into actionable recommendations
  • Connecting with regions to understand their needs and initiatives
  • Leading the development and deployment of an innovation pipeline
  • Contributing to our decision-making processes
Your Experience and Talents

We're looking for a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of establishing and implementing strategies and programs. Your expertise should include:

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, Strategy, and/or Innovation within the Food Ingredients and/or Life Sciences Industry
  • Proven track record of leading a team and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw actionable insights from large data sets
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to present at the board level
