Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in Southern France.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with our product management team to develop and launch new products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Provide sales support and training to our sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell our solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to our leadership team.
- 10+ years of direct sales experience in the network security and/or networking space.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce and other sales tools, with a strong understanding of sales forecasting and pipeline management.
