Job Title: Assistant Commercial

BeBee Professionals is seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Commercial to join our team in Marseille 09, France. As an Assistant Commercial, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring excellent customer follow-up throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer calls and emails to provide timely and effective support.
  • Prepare and follow up on commercial offers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the sales team in managing orders and contracts.
  • Update customer databases and manage contact information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Degree in commerce, administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience as an assistant commercial or in customer relations.
  • Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word) and CRM.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a team.
