Regional Sales Director Opportunity

SolarWinds is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director to drive growth in the assigned region. Reporting into the VP Sales EMEA and based remotely, this key management position requires a solutions-oriented sales leader with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage territory resources to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with senior-level executives
  • Run regular sales reports on opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong channel partner network
  • Exceed aggressive revenue goals

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solutions-oriented software sales, with a solid understanding of Secure Access technologies and channel sales. They will be able to penetrate accounts at senior/executive level and have excellent communication skills in English.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of solutions-oriented software sales experience
  • Consistent track record of meeting sales targets
  • Experience in running complex, solution-based sales campaigns
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

SolarWinds is a channel-driven company, and the ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with value-added resellers (VARs) and a proven understanding of their business model.
