Morphea Bed, une entreprise innovante spécialisée dans la vente de literie en ligne, recherche un(e) Assistant(e) Customer Support (Technicien SAV) en alternance pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique.

Compétences requises

  • Niveau d'études : En cours de formation Bac +2 ou plus, idéalement dans les domaines du commerce, de la relation client, ou technique.
  • Compétences techniques : Une connaissance des produits de literie serait un atout.
  • Aptitudes relationnelles : Aisance à l'oral comme à l'écrit, sens du service client, patience et empathie.
  • Organisation : Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément, rigueur et autonomie.
  • Informatique : Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel) et des systèmes de gestion de tickets.

Responsabilités

  • Répondre aux demandes des clients concernant le service après-vente (SAV) par téléphone, e-mail ou chat.
  • Identifier les problèmes rencontrés par les clients et proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes (logistique, production) pour résoudre les problèmes techniques.
  • Gérer les retours produits et les échanges, en respectant les procédures de l'entreprise.
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des dossiers clients, en garantissant leur satisfaction.
  • Participer activement à l'amélioration continue des processus SAV en apportant vos idées et suggestions.
