We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Manager to join our team in Paris, France. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic guidance on employee relations policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Lead complex investigations and provide expert advice on employee relations matters.
- Collaborate with HR partners to communicate and implement policies and programs across the region.
- Drive direct leadership of employee relations strategies and initiatives through strong employee communication channels and business partner relationships.
- 10 years of international HR/Employee Relations/Employment law experience.
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations relating to employee and labor in the EMEA Region.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work proactively, handling possibly conflicting priorities.
- Exceptional ability to exercise considerable judgment, conflict resolution, and discretion in sensitive, complex, or ambiguous situations.
