Job Description
Role Overview:
As a key member of the Dynatrace sales engine, you will provide exceptional technical support to the sales team, prospects, and customers. You will be the expert on the Dynatrace platform and all things Observability, executing demos that showcase the platform's unique approach to solving customer pain points, managing POCs remotely and onsite, building key relationships with customers, and completing RFIs & RFPs. You will collaborate with various teams, including innovation labs, ACE Services consultants, CSMs, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales teams in presale roles, demonstrating a track record of leading to sales success.
- Work across all disciplines as an excellent team player.
- Communicate technical value to business value through excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Have 3-5 years of experience working with Java, .NET, PHP, or JavaScript languages and be knowledgeable about web technologies and SQL.
- Be familiar with typical OS's, including Windows & Linux, and have the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, work with various sales people, and support other SEs as needed.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with technologies and techniques around Observability.
- Experience with Cloud environments like Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Openshift, etc.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks, including JQuery, Dojo, AngularJS, etc.
- Experience with Java technology, including Servlets, Struts, Spring, Web Services, EJB, JMS, etc.
- Experience with Cloud and Big Data technologies.
