About the Role:

The Integration Service Delivery Manager is a key position within L'Oréal's IT organization, responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of integration services. This role requires a strong leadership mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve common objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate operational teams to ensure quality service and meet service contract commitments.
  • Resolve incidents and act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for incident management.
  • Coordinate with Managed Service Providers to support integration flows.
  • Organize metrics (SLA, KPIs, issue tracking) through dashboards and reports in SNOW and to management.
  • Action proposal and management for continuous improvement on integration flows, the integration platform, and ensure the quality of service.
  • Define and manage the domain CAB process, follow up, and participate in global CAB sessions.
  • Coordinate with the Platform Support team for technical patching sessions.
  • Ensure flow documentation is up-to-date and participate in initiatives to improve the company's flow referential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent applied experience).
  • [-] years of experience in Service Management.
  • Experience in integration engineering.
  • Background in retail, luxe industry preferred; business knowledge in HR domain appreciated.
  • Years in IT function.
