About the Role:
The Integration Service Delivery Manager is a key position within L'Oréal's IT organization, responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of integration services. This role requires a strong leadership mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve common objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate operational teams to ensure quality service and meet service contract commitments.
- Resolve incidents and act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for incident management.
- Coordinate with Managed Service Providers to support integration flows.
- Organize metrics (SLA, KPIs, issue tracking) through dashboards and reports in SNOW and to management.
- Action proposal and management for continuous improvement on integration flows, the integration platform, and ensure the quality of service.
- Define and manage the domain CAB process, follow up, and participate in global CAB sessions.
- Coordinate with the Platform Support team for technical patching sessions.
- Ensure flow documentation is up-to-date and participate in initiatives to improve the company's flow referential.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent applied experience).

- Experience in integration engineering.
- Background in retail, luxe industry preferred; business knowledge in HR domain appreciated.
- Years in IT function.
