Position Overview: We are in search of a Post-Delivery Experience Manager (m/f/d) to enhance our Customer Service Team for the French and Belgian markets. This role is based in Paris.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the post-delivery experience and customer satisfaction across France and Belgium.
  2. Serve as the primary liaison for Customer Service and various partner teams, including Retail, Reverse Logistics, Technical Teams, After Market Services, and Sustainability.
  3. Act as the representative for French Customer Service in pan-European and Global Post-Delivery Experience projects.
  4. Develop and manage a metrics framework to provide insights into post-delivery experiences and identify emerging issues.
  5. Explore and analyze new ideas through both quantitative and qualitative data to enhance customer experience and key performance metrics.
  6. Identify and address potential negative impacts on customer experience prior to new launches.
  7. Keep management updated on changes affecting customer experience and operations.
  8. Advocate for the customer perspective among a diverse range of stakeholders, driving change through effective delivery and governance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and management.
  • Experience in customer service environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in root cause analysis and process design.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think innovatively in ambiguous situations.
  • High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passionate advocate for customer experience and a role model for customer obsession.
