Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled French Client Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for guiding and training new clients, providing them with the support and expertise they need to get the most out of our product.
You will work closely with our technical and product teams to develop and improve our product, providing valuable feedback and insights that will help shape the future of our company.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about innovation and customer satisfaction. You will be based in our new 1000 m2 offices at Gare de Vaise (Lyon) and will have access to a range of benefits, including an attractive salary and Swile meal vouchers.
Key Responsibilities- Guide and train new clients to ensure they get the most out of our product
- Work closely with our technical and product teams to develop and improve our product
- Provide valuable feedback and insights to help shape the future of our company
- Contribute to the development of our product by providing client feedback and beta-testing prototypes
- Excellent level of French, able to lead full business conversations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
