Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the activities of the Group Head of Talent and Learning, as well as the Group Head of Talent.
  • Efficiently manage the schedules of both Directors, ensuring optimal organization.
  • Handle sensitive information related to our Global Leadership Network with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Facilitate effective communication and maintain positive relationships with other Personal Assistants and teams.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of your managers. Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements such as booking travel, managing expenses, and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Provide comprehensive office support, including managing time-off requests, purchases, and expense accounts.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for team members, including Learning and Development initiatives.
  • Organize team events and catering services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of the company's business areas is advantageous.
