Personal Assistant to Senior Executives

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior executives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex diaries, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing documents and reports.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing their diaries, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing documents and reports.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, and transfer them to the relevant person.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including time-off, purchases, and expense accounts.
- Collaborate with other executive and administrative assistants to ensure smooth execution and high-quality service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior executives.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant at a senior level in an international environment.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Proficiency in MS Pack Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong ability to be concise and clear in note writing.
- Experience of managing complex diaries and travel arrangements.
- Rigorous, strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Highly discreet and confidential.
- Customer-service orientation.
