Job Description
We're looking for a highly motivated technical expert to install and support our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of troubleshooting medical software systems and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure digital solutions for customers and internal teams
- Provide technical support and maintenance services to ensure system performance and uptime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and growth
Requirements
- 7-10 years of field service experience with medical systems preferred
- Proven track record of troubleshooting medical software systems
- Good written and oral communication skills – English and Danish or Swedish
- Windows Operating System and server system administrator
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
