Program Coordinator Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the regional public service mission for autonomy. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting local actors, developing outreach initiatives, and contributing to the establishment of quality service standards within the field of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in designing and implementing the regional public service mission focused on autonomy.
  • Provide comprehensive support to local organizations working with elderly individuals, people with disabilities, and their caregivers.
  • Develop and execute innovative outreach programs to raise awareness and promote access to services.
  • Participate actively in the development of standardized guidelines for quality service delivery within the autonomy sector.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among professionals at integrated service centers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong commitment to reliability and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent research skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Ability to provide informed decision-making support.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in developing technical and educational content.
  • In-depth knowledge of social and medical-social services, local government structures, and related organizations.
  • Expertise in the field of disability and aging.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse partners.
  • Confident public speaking abilities.
  • Proficiency in office tools and virtual collaboration platforms.

Education:

Minimum of a master's degree or equivalent in public policy management with at least five years of experience in a similar role.
