**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Wild Honey St James, a part of the Accor hospitality group. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating positive guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Consistent Service Excellence:** Provide high-quality service to all guests, ensuring a positive and lasting impression.
  • **Customer Interaction:** Engage with guests, employing creativity to ensure each guest departs with the desire to return.
  • **Positive and Adaptable Personality:** Maintain a sparkling and friendly attitude to quickly build rapport in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • **Efficient Operations:** Take responsibility for the smooth operation of the Wild Honey Bar. Retain comprehensive product knowledge for drinks, snacks, and wine lists to offer informed recommendations to guests.

**Qualifications:**

  • **Communication Skills:** Fluent communication in English with guests and colleagues is essential for effective interaction.
  • **Work Experience:** Proven experience in a bar/restaurant/lounge setting is required, with a substantial background specifically as a bartender.
  • **Product Knowledge:** Possess a strong understanding of spirits, beers, and cocktails, demonstrating the ability to make informed recommendations.
  • **Age Requirement:** Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
