About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Lhoist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, manage a portfolio of clients, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales plans, and negotiate contracts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the construction industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluent in English, with a strong understanding of French.
