Job Description

emagine Consulting is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to ensure the quality of new application/service deployments or major updates:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in management on-call and intervene in case of crisis (HO and HNO)
  • The SM is the point of entry in case of Major Incident, coordinates the process and manages organization and communication.
  • He is the liaison point with the Manager of Permanence who triggers a Crisis if necessary.
  • In case of crisis, the SM organizes, coordinates, communicates and informs on the progress of the situation.
  • The SM is the guarantor of the continuity of the treatment of the incident after the post-mortem in the framework of continuous improvement
  • Frequent meetings with representatives of the various parties involved, written REX and email writing are also part of the tasks.
  • Client satisfaction measurement and implementation, piloting and follow-up of improvement plans
  • Participation in governance committees of the infogérants (ComOp, CoPil, CHO …)
  • Maintenance of a service management relationship with internal clients.
  • Point of entry for internal clients on the functioning of recurring services.
  • Operational follow-up of sensitive application cycles (HR, Finance, …)
  • Animation and reporting of regional liaison committees on recurring servicesRequired Skills:
    • Education: Bac / 5
    • Experience in Service Management
    • Good general knowledge of the world of IT production and its requirements is required.
    • Certification ITIL Foundation
    • Knowledge of ServiceNow
    • Astreintes
