Business Development Secretary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Secretary to join our team at Hess Automobile. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the commercial department, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and commercial advisors to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage and track specific service files in coordination with commercial advisors, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
- Perform daily administrative tasks specific to the dealership's commercial department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bac+2 qualification or 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Proficiency in office tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with a strong understanding of data management and record-keeping.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, listening skills, and efficiency, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
