Bucci Industries , founded in 1945 , is a worldwide group and leader in the industrial automation and robotics and new advanced composite materials sectors.
We operate in the field of automation and industrial robotics under the brand names IEMCA, Giuliani, Sinteco, Vire, ZETA, held by Bucci Automations S.p.A . and in the new advanced composite materials sector with Bucci Composites S.p.A.
For Bucci Industries France we are hiring a Business Development Manager within our Sinteco Healthcare division.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the promotion, sale and technical support of our our Sinteco solutions in the hospital sector across France.
You will be responsible for the market analysis, for managing customer relationships and for cooperating with your co-workers to meet customer needs. You will be in charge of identifying new business opportunities through a precise market analysis and expanding the organisation's network through collaborations and participation in trade shows. Your tasks will also include participating in the development of prices, solutions and services, coordinating proper delivery of all the organisation's products to the customer/partner and ensuring and increasing the current Product Portfolio.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- To be successful you have experience in selling technical products, ideally within the healthcare sector or medical automation ,
- Skills in market analysis and identification of business opportunities
- Strong skills in market analysis and identifying business opportunities in the healthcare or hospital sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
- A goal-oriented mindset, committed to maintaining long-term relationships and driving business success
Language Requirements:
- French : Native or bilingual proficiency.
- English : Good working proficiency
