Nous avons créé Wellington dans le but d’évoluer et de nous adapter à un environnement en constante mutation. Notre volonté était donc de créer une société à impact social et environnemental

Nous sommes présents en France (avec des bureaux à Paris et à Lyon) et à l’international avec une présence en Allemagne.

Structure à taille humaine (90 personnes à date), jeune et dynamique ; Wellington développe ses équipes dans ses bureaux de Paris et Lyon.

A ce titre, Wellington recherche un de ses nouveaux Business Manager, pour un poste basé à Lyon, pour intervenir sur les sujets suivants:
Mise en place d’une stratégie commerciale pour le développement d’une Business Unit.

Développement d’un portefeuille clients dans les secteurs suivants:
Industrie des sciences de la vie (Pharma, Biotech et dispositifs médicaux)

IT (Digital, Cybersécurité et Data Science)

**Missions**:
Management d’une Business Unit:
Points de suivi régulier avec les consultants

Suivis des projets industriels

Gestion d’équipe

Gestion et contrôle de la marge et de la rentabilité d’une Agence

Entretiens annuels

Gestion des litiges

Rapports

Prospection et prise de rendez-vous

Négociations commerciales

Rédaction d’offres techniques et commerciales

Gestion d’un portefeuille clients déjà existants

Sourcing et recrutement de profils

**Profil recherché**:
Futur(e) Diplômé(e) d’une école de commerce BAC+5 ou d’une école d’ingénieur
