Wecasa is a bit magical. Imagine: you book a home service in two clicks, and two hours later, a talented professional is at your doorstep. Of course, there’s a secret behind this magic: the Wecasa _Supply Expansion_ team, happiness hunters who find the best independent professionals across all Wecasa geographies.
**A few words about your future team**:
The _Supply_ team, led by Michel, is currently divided into four units:
- Business Development France
- Business Development UK
- Business Development DACH
- Sales Ops
The team’s mission is to grow our network of freelance professionals across all our service lines, with a strong focus on home cleaning.
Thanks to your contribution, Wecasa will increase its area coverage from Berlin to Munich and beyond. You’ll share Wecasa’s magic with home cleaners coming from a wide variety of professional and personal backgrounds. You’ll contribute to building a professional network based on strong values like trust, kindness, and the willingness to succeed.
**Missions**:
As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in Wecasa's expansion by:
- Sourcing, identifying, and recruiting the best independent professionals in new geographical areas.
- Collaborating with the team to implement tailored strategies for each market.
- Supporting and guiding new partners to ensure their successful integration into the Wecasa network.

**Your missions, should you choose to accept them**:
- Call back leads generated by our acquisition team to reach out to home cleaning professionals.
- Convince them of Wecasa’s value proposition compared to competitors (a free-of-charge partnership with real freedom to work).
- Ensure partners share our values and meet our quality standards.
- Carry out all necessary administrative checks (right to work, police record, etc.).
- Follow up with professionals a few weeks after validation to ensure a smooth start to the partnership.
- You'll be among the first members of the DACH team and will have the opportunity of working on onboarding processes with your manager, Nils, and will get exposure to senior management.
**Team rituals**:
- Weekly meetings with the team to share progress and stay updated on critical issues.
- Weekly 1-1 with your manager.
- Monthly half-day sales training sessions to deepen your knowledge and improve your skill set
**Desired Profile**:
- You like people, and convincing others is important to you.
- You understand that before convincing, you need to listen and communicate sincerely and passionately. You enjoy chatting with people from various backgrounds and are sensitive to the impact your job has on their lives.
- Working in a scale-up company excites you. You embrace change, its challenges, and all the opportunities it brings.
- You must speak English, and German fluently and be eligible to work in France as the role is based in Paris.
- Ideally, you have a business background and/or a first successful experience in business development.
